Peri (Peri AI) ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Peri mobile application (the "Service").

1. Data Collection

Peri does not require account registration and does not collect personal identifiers such as your name or email address.

All data you enter into the app — including symptoms, cycle data, health profile, and chat messages — is stored locally on your device only. This data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

2. Local Data Storage

Your data is stored exclusively on your device in an encrypted file format. We do not maintain a central database or cloud backup of user data.

This means:

• You have full control. Your data lives on your device and is accessible to you at any time.
• Deleting the app deletes your data. When you remove Peri AI from your device, all locally stored data is permanently and irreversibly deleted.
• No account required. Your data is tied to your device, not to an online account.

You are solely responsible for managing and securing your device and its contents.

3. AI Data Processing

To provide responses and health insights, Peri sends certain data to third-party AI providers for real-time processing.

What is sent to AI providers

• The text of your message (typed or transcribed from voice)
• Relevant context from your health profile (such as cycle phase, symptoms, and health conditions) necessary to generate an accurate response
• Photos or files only when you explicitly share them in the chat for analysis (e.g., lab results, screenshots from other apps)
